Everyone can have powerful and personalized conversations with digital interfaces to transform their challenges into learning and competence.
PocketConfidant pioneered AI Coaching from 2016 to 2023 before shutting down. The goal was to develop human capabilities in complex situations, avoid bias, and favor intelligence.
Founders
Entrepreneurs and researchers with backgrounds in coaching, human-machine interaction, innovation, education management, training, and teaching who love to watch, study and support human potential.
Technology & AI
Since the communication between man and machine is evolving rapidly, there are reliable indicators that, in the coming years, fully automated natural language processing (NLP) should play a meaningful role in transforming the coaching landscape. PocketConfidant AI’s technology evaluates answers provided by users and guides the conversation through coaching techniques activating, facilitating, and accelerating human learning and change mechanisms.
Coaching Philosophy
Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.
Timothy Gallwey
PocketConfidant AI provided technologies to build high added-value and interactive features to augment existing human coaching, training, and development contents to scale coaching behaviors. PocketConfidant AI was built to provide “self-coaching” experiences to facilitate people’s development efforts.
As a guiding principle, the AI-powered neutral conversational approach should have these key components: listening, conversation, and goodwill to help people figure out things on their own.
