The partners
PocketConfidant AI is very honored to announce a partnership with the international center for coaches CIC – Centre International du Coach, an accredited coaching school delivering coach trainings and certifications since 2005, located in France and represented by its two founding partners Valérie Ogier and Fanny Devaucoup.
Valérie has 25 years of experience in management and change management in the fields of medical-social, public institutions and SMEs. She is an engineer in organization, a certified coach and master in NLP, Belbin accredited, trained in paradoxical and systemic intervention as well as T.O.B. (Organizational Theory of Berne), MCC accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). She has supported more than 3000 people and trained hundreds of coaches. She’s also co-authors of the French books « L’art et la pratique du coaching professionnel » (The art and practice of professional coaching), « Comment coacher une équipe multiculturelle? » (How to coach a multicultural team), and « Le coaching en BD » (Coaching in comics).
Her business partner, Fanny, is responsible for the financial and administrative management of the organization, of the Iso 9001 Quality initiative, of the Government’s recognition of the titles of Individual Professional Coach, Professional Team Coach and Coach Consultant with a RNCP recognition at level 7 (masters’ degree level).
Innovative and visionary, CIC has created a research center and a team inside their coaching school. The team of coaching experts has been interacting with PocketConfidant AI’s technology since 2019 and has provided expert feedback validating that the approach respects established coaching philosophy and protocols.
Ethics & Coaching
PocketConfidant AI and CIC share a commitment into Ethics. CIC has launched an ethics committee in partnership with schools such as ICN Business School and Linkup Coaching. PocketConfidant AI already works on initiatives for ethics, first with a non-profit partnership with the A3D, a Paris-based coaching association, and then through founder Nikita Lukianets CTO’s initiative Open Ethics, aiming at reinforcing the work in the fields of AI Transparency and Explainability, as well as PocketConfidant AI’s engagement through their Trust initiative. So, the initiatives launched by CIC are a new way to challenge and reinforce PocketConfidant AI’s commitment and desire to make ethics part of their core developments.
Purpose & Vision
One of CIC’s goals in partnering with PocketConfidant AI, CIC’s partners say, is:
the exploration of a new way to support and coach individuals, and most importantly to be able to intervene as early as possible in a professional journey by offering young professionals the tools to reinforce their level of awareness and autonomy to prevent conflicting or blocking situations. Bringing coaching as early as in higher education programs such as bachelors or masters makes sense and we had no hesitation in our desire to engage with PocketConfidant.
CIC’s and PocketConfidant AI’s founding partners share an innovative and ethical vision for coaching. For them, technology can be used to augment both coaching practice and the industry with a mission to democratize coaching for all, and improve the way it is both delivered and measured. Together, they will bring their thinking and action to contribute to innovation in coaching and technology as they continue to work on the link to ethics to make coaching an important activity contributing to today’s society and its future in the domains of: Education, Management and Leadership as well as more generally for the empowerment and wellbeing of every person.

A accompagné plus de 3000 personnes et a formé des centaines de coachs. Co-fondatrice et dirigeante associée du CIC-Centre International du Coach créé en 2005. Sa partenaire, Fanny Devaucoup, est responsable administratif et financier en charge du volet organisationnel, de la démarche Qualité Iso 9001, de la reconnaissance par l’Etat du titre de Coach professionnel individuel et d’équipe puis Coach consultant avec un référencement au RNCP de niveau 7. Co-fondatrice et dirigeante associée du CIC-Centre International du Coach créé en 2005.
Innovant et visionnaire, le CIC a créé un centre et une équipe de recherche au sein de leur école de coaching. Leur équipe d’experts en coaching a interagi avec la technologie de PocketConfidant AI depuis 2019, validant l’approche et le respect de la philosophie et des protocoles de coaching.
Ethique & Coaching
PocketConfidant AI et le CIC partagent un engagement commun dans l’éthique. Le CIC a lancé un comité d’éthique en partnariat avec d’autres écoles comme ICN Business School et Linkup Coaching. PocketConfidant AI travaillait déjà sur des initiatives pour l’éthique, tout d’abord grâce à un partenariat non-lucratif avec l’A3D, une association de coaching basée à Paris, ensuite grâce à l’initiative de l’un des fondateur, Nikita Lukianets, Directeur Technique, nommée Open Ethics et ayant pour but de renforcer le travail dans les domaines de la Transparence et de l’Explicabilité pour IA, puis enfin grâce au développement de l’engagement de PocketConfidant AI via l’initiative Trust. Les initiatives lancées par le CIC sont donc un nouveau challenge et renforcent l’engagement et la volonté de PocketConfidant AI’ de placer l’éthique au centre de ses développements.
Raison & Vision
Un des objectifs du CIC dans le partenariat avec PocketConfidant AI est, comme les partenaires fondatrices le disent:
d’explorer une nouvelle manière d’offrir un support et du coaching aux individus et, le plus important, d’être capable d’intervenir le plus tôt possible dans le parcours professionnel pour prévenir des conflits et situations blocantes en offrant aux jeunes professionnels les outils pour renfocer leur niveau de conscience et d’autonomie. Etre présent au plus tôt possible dans les programmes éducatifs tels que des licences ou des masters fait sens et nous nous engageons auprès de PocketConfidant AI sans hésitation.
Les partenaires fondateurs et fondatrices du CIC et PocketConfidant AI partagent une vision innovante et éthique pour le coaching. Pour eux, la technologie peut être utilisée pour augmenter la pratique du coaching et son industrie avec la mission de démocratiser le coaching pour tous, tout en améliorant à la fois la manière dont le coaching est offert et évalué.
